Purchase and delivery

Stay At Home Mom Lab sells digital products through Gumroad. The product page, displayed price, checkout details, receipt, included files, and these terms form the purchase agreement. Gumroad processes payment and delivery under its own applicable terms.

Personal-use license

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, purchase grants one buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files and tools for that buyer's own education, planning, job search, business, or brand. Buying a product does not transfer copyright, source code, brand ownership, resale rights, or permission to distribute the product.

You may keep a reasonable personal backup and use the original work you create with the product. You may not resell, share, sublicense, publish, upload, give away, white-label, copy for another person or business, operate as shared software, or use the files to create a competing product.

Truthful and responsible use

You are responsible for reviewing every generated draft, calculation, search result, product claim, application statement, community observation, and business decision. Do not fabricate credentials, reviews, results, scarcity, proof, product benefits, or earnings claims. Follow applicable laws, platform terms, intellectual-property rights, privacy duties, advertising rules, and community rules.

No guaranteed results

Stay At Home Mom Lab products are educational and organizational resources. They are not jobs, franchises, investments, placement services, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, financial advice, or promises of customers, sales, employment, revenue, profit, or income. Examples and scenarios are illustrations only. Results depend on circumstances and factors outside our control.

Third-party services

Products may help you work with services such as Gumroad, Facebook, Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Excel, Google Sheets, or web browsers. Stay At Home Mom Lab is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those services unless expressly stated. Their features, prices, rules, and availability can change.

Refunds and support

Current digital products are final sale, subject to applicable law. Read the refund policy before purchasing. For download or product support, reply to the Gumroad receipt so the purchase can be verified.
