Take a look inside

See the questions that make a job worth considering.

This is a real worksheet from the included workbook. It helps you look beyond the headline pay and weigh the schedule, benefits, expenses, and questions you still need answered.

  1. Start with your current job or an opportunity you're considering.
  2. Use the calculator to compare the contribution after work costs, then check the schedule against the hours you can cover.
  3. If the job is worth pursuing, prepare your drafts and track your next application or follow-up.

The paycheck is only part of the picture.

Childcare, commuting, and other work costs affect what your family actually gets from a job. Whether you're changing your work situation or returning to paid work, start with those numbers. Then use the application tools if a different job is part of your plan.

Here's what your $39 gets you.

For $39, you get the money comparison, application tools, and search plan together. Use the calculator first if you're weighing a work change. Use the resume builder first if you're ready to apply.

A few things you might be wondering.

I'm working and want to stay home. Can this help?

Start with the Daycare and Work Break-Even Calculator to see what your current job contributes after work costs. Use that figure in your household budget when exploring a change. The bundle does not calculate a complete stay-at-home budget or tell you whether you can afford to leave a job. Its other tools help if a different job is part of your transition.

I've been out of paid work. Will the resume builder help?

Yes. You can use prior work, caregiving, household, and volunteer experience to create starting drafts. You review the facts and tailor the wording to the role. It also helps draft an explanation of an employment gap.

Can I use it on my phone?

The PDF workbook works on a phone or tablet, and the mobile resume builder works in Excel or Google Sheets. A computer is easiest for the local browser resume builder. The Start Here guide helps you choose a first tool for your device.

Does it include jobs or a placement service?

It provides tools for your own search, rather than a list of guaranteed openings or job placement. You'll still need to verify employers, apply, and interview. Hiring and income aren't guaranteed.

How do I get my download?

Pay through Gumroad and access your files after checkout. Your receipt also contains the download link. If you have trouble opening or receiving a file, reply to your receipt for help.

What is the refund policy?

These are digital products delivered at purchase, so sales are final except where required by law. If your files are missing or corrupted, reply to your Gumroad receipt for delivery support. Read the refund policy.

Take the guesswork out of comparing your work options.

Start with what your current job contributes. Compare the arrangements you're considering. If you need a new role, use the resume tools and workbook to take the next step.
