Refund policy

Digital products are final sale

Stay At Home Mom Lab products are digital files, offline browser tools, workbooks, templates, and related materials delivered immediately through Gumroad. Because buyers receive access to the complete digital product at purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds.

When something is wrong with delivery

If you were charged more than once, did not receive the files described on the sales page, or received a file that is materially corrupted and cannot be opened after reasonable troubleshooting, reply to your Gumroad receipt. Include the purchase email, order number, product name, and a short description or screenshot of the problem. We will first work to provide the product you purchased or correct the delivery issue.

Results are not a refund condition

The products provide educational, planning, research, writing, and organization tools. They do not guarantee employment, customers, sales, reach, income, profit, platform approval, or another business result. A lack of a desired result does not make a digital product defective and is not grounds for a refund.

Rights required by law

Nothing in this policy removes a consumer right that cannot legally be waived. Gumroad may also handle payments, disputes, and platform-required refunds under its own terms and applicable law.

How to ask for support

Reply directly to the Gumroad receipt so the purchase can be located and verified. You may also use the support option shown in your Gumroad Library.
